Our Little Carebook

Delete your account.

Using the separate Offline app? It has no cloud account or automatic caregiver sync. See Our Little Carebook Offline and its privacy and local-data deletion details. For support, tell us which edition you use.

Our Little Carebook is operated by Salas Software LLC. You can delete your account in the app or contact us using the request below.

In the app

1. Open Settings → Account & Security → Delete my account.
2. Review the deletion details and confirm your password.
3. If you own a family with other members, transfer ownership first.

Without access to the app

Email support@salassoftware.com with the subject “Our Little Carebook account deletion request.” Use the email associated with your account when possible. We will need to verify account ownership before taking action.

This opens your email app; it does not submit a request until you send the email. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

What changes

The account deletion flow removes your account and membership information. Your structured author identity is replaced with a generic deleted-caregiver value in surviving families you still belong to. Shared care records remain for those families.

If you are the sole member of your owned family, the flow also deletes that family's cloud child records and related family data. Local milestone photos are removed on the device performing deletion.

Subscriptions

Current private builds do not charge subscriptions. If you later subscribe through an app store, cancel renewal in that store separately. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store renewal.

What may remain

Copies exported or held on another device are not remotely erased. Names typed into notes, imported attribution, and records in families you no longer have access to may require a support review. Provider backups and logs follow separate retention practices, described in the privacy policy.
