Make room for your routine
A Care screen that fits you.
Open Manage Home Screen to drag sections into your preferred order, hide the boxes you do not use, and choose which activities appear in Quick Log, Since Last, and Today.
Keep active timers, Milk Stash, milestones, or estimated feed and sleep windows close at hand. Milk Stash is shared between child profiles on this device; it does not sync to another phone.
Your records can come with you.
Offline Settings puts full backups, CSV export, and provider PDF reports together. Keep regular backups, or export one when you are ready to move supported records into the separate online app.
Compare Offline and onlineLocal means you keep the backup.
Offline does not sign in, connect to Firebase, or synchronize with caregivers or other devices. It does not include the online app’s voice or paired-watch features.
Save full backups somewhere safe. Losing your phone, clearing app storage, or uninstalling can lose your records. We cannot recover a copy that was never backed up.

- Export a full backup from Offline.
- When Online is available, install the separate Our Little Carebook app and set up an account and subscription.
- Import the backup in Data tools and review the imported records.
Supported records are uploaded when you import into the online service. Photos and other features follow that app’s documented limitations. The Offline purchase does not include or replace an online subscription.
A few useful answers.
Is this the main app in airplane mode?
No. Offline is a separate app and purchase. The main app’s temporary offline behavior does not turn it into the Offline edition.
Can my partner see changes on another phone?
Offline is designed for a single caregiver, not multiple users. It has no shared caregiver accounts or automatic synchronization between phones. Choose the main Our Little Carebook app when multiple caregivers need to log and view the same care records.
Are exports private?
Exports can contain sensitive family information and are not password-protected by the app. You choose where they go. A cloud drive or email service you select may upload them under its own policies.
Do charts and estimates provide medical advice?
No. They are record-keeping and reference tools, not medical instructions. Discuss health concerns with a qualified healthcare professional.
