Membership information

Your Cartwoven membership.

Cartwoven membership unlocks editing for grocery lists, recipes and meal plans. Saved data remains available to view and export if membership ends.

Plans and trial

The US price is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, billed annually. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. The app store determines trial eligibility and displays the final price and renewal date before you confirm. A trial is not guaranteed for returning subscribers.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown by your store unless you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. You can manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Your store handles payment and refund requests.

Restoring access

Use the same Cartwoven account and the store account used for the purchase, then select Restore purchases. A purchase is associated with the Cartwoven account that first verified it. Contact support if access is missing.

Connection and offline access

An internet connection is required to verify membership when you start the app. After verification, editing can continue in the running app for up to 24 hours or until your paid-through access ends, whichever comes first. Reconnect to refresh access. Viewing and exporting saved data remain available.

Deleting your account

Deleting Cartwoven or your Cartwoven account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel in your store settings first if you want to stop renewals. Account deletion removes Cartwoven's stored purchase-verification records; Apple or Google may retain their own transaction records.
